1. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund. Photographic evidence of the issue may be required.
2. Order Issues Due to Carrier Errors
In cases where orders are returned due to carrier errors or invalid addresses, we will offer to reship the order to the correct address.
3. Exchanges and Returns for Other Reasons
As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color, or buyer's remorse. Please ensure you review the sizing charts and product details carefully before making a purchase.
4. Unclaimed Shipments
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
5. EU Consumer Rights
For customers in the European Union, according to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse returns at our sole discretion.
6. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

7. Refunds

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
