We only offer exchange for a different sizes for all UNWORN, UNDAMAGED items within 30 days of shipment date.

Items must be sent back in their original condition, with their original tags, and in the original packaging box. Also,  no evidence of stains or odours.

Any item(s) returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer.

International orders are sent out with royal mails international tracked and signed service and take approximately 3-5 working days Europe and rest of World in 6-7 business days, some international order are subject to import fees depending what country you are delivering the parcels from.

- Ensure that all clothes are washed inside out

- Use cold water preferably at a temperature of 30 degrees 

- Iron inside out at low heat 

- Avoid drying with a tumble dryer
